Alan J. Paoli

A native Floridian, Alan was born in Fort Lauderdale, and grew up in Hollywood. He joined the firm in 2005 as a Law Clerk/Legal Assistant. Prior to joining the firm, he spent eleven years in the banking industry, and nineteen years involved in finance and human resources with a local privately-held corporation. He attended the University of South Florida, completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, and received a Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern University. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006, he is a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property Probate and Trust Tax Law Section. He is also a member of the
American Bar Association's Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. His civic involvement includes memberships in the Committee of 100 of Hollywood (Past Chairman), the Kiwanis Club of Hollywood (Past President), the Florida Kiwanis Foundation (Past President), and the Dania Beach Lions Club. Alan also serves on the board of directors of the Exceptional Theater Company.
